Reservation: You will receive by mail confirmation of dates of your stay. Entire amount of bill must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Upon payment in full, you will receive a map, vacation checklist, and key code to the lock box beside cabin door. Enter key code to retrieve key to unlock door. Upon departure ensure all doors and windows are locked and return key to the lock box. Use same code to return key to the lock box. Press clear if an error is made. There is a $30.00 charge if you lose key.
Check in is after 3:00PM. Please do not check in prior to 3:00PM. We must ensure your cabin is clean after previous guests. Check out is by 11:00AM.
*Upon Arrival your reservation deposit / credit card on file is a damage / security deposit. Damage, Theft, Excessive cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.
Well behaved and supervised children are welcome.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled 50% of deposit will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled 21 days of arrival date, no refunds will be made. You will have one year from original vacation date to take your vacation. A $25.00 releasing fee applies for all rescheduled vacations. No changes to vacation dates 14 days prior to arrival. Once you arrive, if you choose to leave early no refunds will be made.
Free local calls; for long distance calls use calling card.
Pets: No pets is our policy. If you bring your pet, you will be asked to leave and receive no refund.
Firewood: We supply firewood as a courtesy. Please do not burn firewood in the grills or firepit.
Fishing: The Cherokee Indian Reservation has over 30 miles of trout streams. The creek near the cabin is a protected trout stream. No fishing allowed. Closest fishing only a 5 minute drive.
A reasonable amount of linens are provided for your stay. Cabins do not furnish paper products, soap or trash bags. We strive to maintain the cabins for a comfortable stay for our guests. Appliances and utilities are not guaranteed. Report any issues or power failures to our office to be corrected.
